BAL Flex One is a game-changer in the standard-set adhesive market, offering an extended working time and exceptional non-slip properties. With the ability to be grouted in just six hours, this adhesive gives you the flexibility to work at your own pace. Featuring an impressive 2 ½-hour pot life and 45-minute open time, it is ideal for large-format tiles, heated screeds, areas of total immersion, and locations prone to movement and vibration.

BAL Flex One’s thixotropic, fluid formulation with shape memory and full wettability ensures smooth application, even up to a 15mm bed depth. Its highly flexible and deformable nature provides excellent grab and non-slump characteristics, easily exceeding the EN 12004 “T” rating for adhesive performance. The white colour makes it perfect for use with light natural stone. However, it is not recommended for large-format thin panels (3m x 1m).
