On Saturday 20th August my wife and I purchased a quantity of tiles from your Sproughton Road Branch. On previous occasions we have had to resort to extreme violence to reach a compromise agreement. Not a pleasant experience for the participants or onlookers. However, on this occasion the decision and transaction went so smoothly that I am still a little bewildered. This was entirely due to the unstinting effort that Carl made to guide us along. Clearly he has a good knowledge of colour matches and tile qualities, but mainly due to his helpful manner the purchase was a delightful experience. Please pass on our thanks.
We had not heard of your company or been to the Stanway shop before, but we were not disappointed. There was a good selection of tiles available and Tracey was very helpful indeed, making the whole process of trying to decide on tiles an enjoyable one. Just thought I'd drop you a line to let you know how helpful Rod was with my underfloor heating project. I bought a Devi system from him and he was more than helpful and always willing to answer my questions over the 'phone during the installation. A very nice chap, always ready with a laugh and a joke, I couldn't have managed without him. I will definitely be coming back when I start my bathroom project.
