My background is in quality of service and my reason in e-mailing is to congratulate your two excellent ambassadors, Jenna and Kayleigh. My wife and I visited yesterday not knowing what we wanted to enable refurbishment of our bathrooms. We were accompanied by our builder, who proved to be of great help but it was Jenna who was outstanding in the advice and assistance she gave us. Not only did she bring us to a quick decision on the type, colour and quantity of tiles but we were in awe at her knowledge and efficiency. We have seldom encountered a young lady in a business setting who can provide instant and reliable answers and process an order as quickly as she did. This morning, having received the call that the order had arrived, I visited your premises to collect it. This time I was attended to by Kayleigh who promptly located my items and enabled me to park for loading. She transported them on a pallet and ensured they were as close to my vehicle as possible – her kindness and consideration was praiseworthy. The experience has reflected the high calibre of your staff and I will certainly recommend your business because of the quality of service I received. Please pass on my thanks to them.
If I ever need tiles again the showroom in Norwich will be my first visit.
Just a quick email to inform you how impressive your staff (Gordon & Emma) was when my husband and myself pop over to the Norwich office to look at the tiles available. They are very knowledgeable and recommend good choices with regard to the tiles and even options on the delivery issue. Also their customer relations are excellent. Well done.
