I am writing to give you feedback on the service that I have had from Tile & Stone Gallery. We have been undertaking a project for the past nine months where our house has been extended and refurbished, and we have used roughly 150 square meters of your tiles (70 x Amelia anthracite tiles and 335 x Teton white tiles) and spent in excess of £6,000 with you on our project.We started off with the Teton white tiles which we purchased from your Thetford store and had excellent service from Matt who was extremely helpful and informative. After the closure of this store our order was followed up by Kayleigh and Jenna from Bury St Edmunds who were equally as efficient. We needed to catch pre-Christmas orders and changed our delivery dates a couple of times because the project was held up, and all staff concerned were very understanding and helpful.Due to this very personal level of service we chose to use Tile & Stone Gallery for our bathroom tiles despite the fact that they were more expensive than similar styles offered by other retailers. We went to the Norwich showroom where we were again given excellent service, and Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful. We also ordered our tanking and grouting from this store and Steve was able to advise us on the quantities required. I have since received a follow-up letter from him thanking us for our custom, asking how we were progressing with our project and offering more help if required. He even asked us to send him photographs of the completed job, so I really appreciate the interest that he shows in his customers projects.My plumber has also used Tile & Stone Gallery in the past and he now says that he will always chose your company in preference to other tiling suppliers because of the fair pricing and quality of service. I suspect that it is very seldom that customers write to company owners to congratulate them, as they are more likely to be writing letters of complaint, so I thought that you may like to hear what a credit your staff are to your company and I would wholeheartedly recommend you to others.
Would just like to drop you an e-mail to express how happy I was with the service I received from your Stanway branch.I had seen some tiles online that I liked & popped in your Stanway showroom to see if you stocked them. David informed that you didn’t currently stock them, but showed me some alternatives & also told me the tile I was after could be ordered in.Having my heart set on the one I had originally seen this is what was done & I am thrilled to bits with the finished results.David was helpful & informative throughout & even helped me load the tiles into my car once they had arrived.It’s so rare to get genuine quality service these days, so I can not praise the Stanway team enough.Please pass on my gratitude.
We visited your Ipswich branch some weeks ago and couldn't have found the staff more helpful and they gave us many ideas and guidance on suitable tiles for our new kitchen, even though we lived in Bury St Edmunds and may not be buying tiles from that branch.Following that visit we then went to your Bury branch and the two ladies (apologies for not remembering their names) were again very helpful and we therefore progressed to buy our tiles and associated fixings from you. Because we didn't know of any tilers we asked if they could recommend anyone and they supplied us with a list from which we contacted two. One had been ill so didn't want to commit himself to a date and the second, came round our house to see what we wanted doing and quickly gave us an estimate which we accepted and he then did the job to a very good standard so we would not hesitate in recommending him to others.Thank you to all the staff at both of your branches and if we need tiling done in any other rooms we will be returning.
